health-data-connect ("the Software") is free, open-source software that runs on your own device and lets your local AI assistant read your own health data from the Google Health API. By installing or using the Software you agree to these terms.
The Software surfaces your wearable data and any AI-generated commentary is for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and must not be relied on as such. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health. Data may be incomplete or inaccurate (e.g. missing nights, unsynced days).
The Software reads your data read-only and processes it entirely on your device. We operate no server and never receive, store, or transmit your health data or credentials. See the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the security of your own device and Google account.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the Software or its use. It is licensed under the MIT License.
The Software accesses Google APIs; your use of Google services is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy. Use of Google Health data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
